This position is on-site in Winter Garden.

Job Summary:
Training & Development and Performance Programs: Leads and implements the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning, e-learning platforms development, and performance initiatives and programs, utilizing project management methodologies and independent judgment to achieve organizational goals.

Development of Training Curriculum: Orchestrates, develops, and designs the creation and structure of training curricula by partnering with cross-departmental teams and subject matter experts (SMEs), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and leveraging specialized knowledge.

Management and Coordination of New Hire Orientation and Onboarding: Oversees and manages the New Hire Orientation and Onboarding processes for new team members and students, including planning and coordinating logistics such as scheduling, space coordination, and facilitation, while cultivating partnerships with internal and external SMEs to enrich the onboarding process.

Qualifications
Education:                            
Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferably in Training & Development, Human Resources, Instructional Systems, & Organizational Development.
 
Certification/Licensure:
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred.

Experience:                          
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required.
  • Minimum of two years as a Training & Development practitioner required.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering presentations, both in person and virtual required.
  • Demonstrated experience in computer technology, developing reports and project management of HRIS and/or technology initiatives.
