Position Hours:

Monday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Tuesday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Wednesday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Thursday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Friday: 7:30 am - 3:00 pm.

Job Summary:

To fix, repair, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical throughout CHC buildings.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Some trade school preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 1-year related work experience required.
Healthcare experience preferred.

Certification/Licensure:

Current and valid State of Florida driver’s license required.

Special Skills:

Ability to show courtesy and respect to all customers, internal and external.
Ability to be a team player.
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and good judgment skills.
Good oral and written communications skills.
Must have general mathematical skills.
Knowledge on reading and using a ruler and or other measuring tools.
Must have basic computer skills to include ability to utilize the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and multimedia.

Other requirements:

Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Required to travel to all CHC locations.
